Issue a form for an financial invoice

Hello,

I would like printout a form for an financial invoice. I only see logistic forms for invoices in S4 HANA cloud.

Please, some alternative?

The financial invoices are Journal Entries, you can print these documents through Create correspondence.

In the scope item J60 Accounts payable, you can find step 4.14 Correspondence - Procedure B.

Open Manage Journal Entries app > Display your Journal Entry list > Choose Details (>) in the line item of your Journal entry.

Choose to Create correspondence

In the Parameter area, fill in fields and choose Preview:

Correspondence field: SAP09 Internal document - Ledger View or Entry view

Now you can print, download or send email

Hello Sandra,

Yes, I was looking for a form that prints financial invoices. Because when I create a logistics invoice, my financial invoice for the supplier is automatically created but I can only print the logistics, and I would like to issue / print the financial invoice.

if you refer to what was known in ECC as finance only invoices and correspondence activities this is not available in cloud, neither will be as it not SAP view.

The link above contains a note and in that note you will find options to print invoices without reference to other SD documents like Sales Order, delivery.
