Hi all,
We have recently applied SP15 on our EP Instances. The portal after bringing up has been working fine for a few days now, but now, when we try accessing any of the KM areas under it, we get the following error message saying knowledge management startup failed. We are currently on EP 6.0 SP 15.0.0. Please help!!
Error during Knowledge Management startup!

Hi Srinidhi
Could you please have a look at the actual default.trc file in the directory /usr/sap/<SID>/JCOO/j2ee/cluster/server/log and search for the first km related exception. Please keep in mind that there could be many exceptions which are probably follow ups of the initial one.
Please have also a look at the km patches for SPS15. At some time, there was a problem in the deployment via SDM. Just have a look at the SDM logs for further details. A redeployment in the force mode might help.
Kind regards,
Roland
