Maintenance Package SDCCN Stuck and Errors

HI Experts,

I am having errors in running the Maintenance Package activity in SDCCN.
The connection to SAP_SUPPORT_Portal is successful hence I am still encountering the issue below:

- There is no connectivity issue from SOLMAN to OSS (SAP SUPPORT).

2. From the SAP Note 2842990 Correction Instructions of ST-PI component.

- Also checked the note but no luck.
