HOW TO CHANGE SALES ORDER DATE IN SAP

Hi all,

We creat sale order with delivery date 29.May.But we can not chage the delivery date.

It shows Delivery is only possible on 2021.08.30 or later .

How could it happen ? What could be the reason ? Please suggest.

Hello Brandon,
the screen of your screenshot looks like the ATP delivery proposal screen.
When you enter a sales order item with material, plant, requested quantity, and requested delivery date, the system schedules all dates which are relevant for logistic execution, e.g. to calculate the material availability date.
Then the ATP check is executed, for example it performs a product availability check or product allocation check to see how much of the requested material is available at the material availability date.
The ATP can move the confirmation date, e.g. because of stock situation. It will not be possible to confirm at an earlier date if the ATP check does not allow that.
If you have no stock but defined in your material master data a replenishment lead time and configured ATP to respect it, the confirmation date will be after the replenishment lead time.

Hi Jin,

Hope you are doing good. The confirmation date comes on the Basis of ATP check.

You can put the requested delivery date in sales order screen . This is used to calculate when the goods will be delivered.

Can you check.

If possible please share more screen shots.
