Fiori standard tile-Manage Inhouse repair showing error

Hi All,

I am setting up In house repair function. But the tile Perform Repairs is not loading and showing "Error" on the tile.

I have checked T-code FLP content manager ,all repair related nodes are active in that. Any suggestions where to start looking out for the issue?
