Unable to close production order

Hello Guys,

I am unable to close production order because there is an open inspection lot and that lot has a status created.

The inspection lot cannot be deleted.

Kindly suggest how to close this orders. Any Configuration Settings

The production order will be closed by following below steps,

Step-1 In this case, create inspection plan for particular material in before date which lot is created already

Step-2 assign the particular inspection plan to that lot and the plan status changed to 'REL'

Step-3 process 'Usage decision' the inspection lot and close it.

after completing all the above steps the production order is able to close.

If you want to close the production order without processing the Inspection lot then you want to change the configuration in message setting.
