Organization Centre ID is not being updated while employee replication From ECC to C4C

Hi All,

We are facing below issue while employee replication From ECC to C4C.

Scenario: Our scenario is While sending employee from ECC to C4C, only External ID(Employee ID) is being passed and internal ID will be generated in C4C(We have different number range in C4C for internal ID) while creation. In this scenario Org data is not being updated in C4C even though we are passing Org data in payload.

Where as If we send payload with "Receiver employee ID" Org data is being updated. but in our scenario we can not send internal ID("Receiver employee ID") in payload because it will be generated in C4C.

We are using standard employee service "EmployeeReplicationFromSAPBusinessSuite"

Please let us know how it should be handled in case of External ID and Internal ID is different for employee.

Note: SAP is saying that, As per standard scenario without "Receiver employee ID" or "business partner ID", org data is not updated. But in the above scenario we can not send receiver employee ID in the payload.
