We are using VBA to automate refreshing and saving number of Analysis workbooks to shared drive.
Occasionally when running this process we are getting the Analysis pop-up message (see screenshot below) that interrupts the process. This is happening on an intermittent basis and is not associated with specific workbook.
Is there any option in Analysis for Office to stop, suppress or dissable the pop-up messages?

One way to address this is by suppressing messages at query level. Please be informed that messages will be suppressed with all users and almost all reporting tools.
RSRT > Select the query > Warning messages > Select the message type you want to suppress.

Now the warning screenshot you shared is seems like local excel setting - " worksheet" protection. If you unprotect your active sheets then this should go away.
