I have done all the steps given in the document.
even provisioning says workzone is onboarded
when i open my workzone i am getting below error

Unfortunately, you do not have access to SAP Work Zone.
But as per the document i have given all the roles and changes, but still not able to identify.
Even my workzone is empty, nothing can able to see.

check the roles provided in the IAS TENANT
Remove the external user role and keep only admin role and sync jam in ips tenant.
