Alerts Management not working

Dear Experts,

We are facing the issues in newly created alerts as they are not working in case there is any query attached against it.

We have already checked the Job services component in SLD and other things in Alerts management and everything is followed properly, other alerts are working fine, but few alerts are not working if there is any query attached against it. Can you tell us what could be the issue. Client is using SAP B1 10 HANA version FP 2011. Please guide us.

You check whether the results are coming in the query and also check the other steps.
