Add fields to OData Standard API for S4Hana On prem

Hello:

Research solution to add custom fields to OData Standard API but for On-prem S4/Hana. I found some link for S4Hana cloud (https://blogs.sap.com/2017/07/03/add-custom-fields-to-sap-s4hana-business-partner-odata-api-entities/), but doesn't look like it is the same step as on Premise.

The “Custom Fields and Logic” app is also available in pn premise sap s/4hana systems.

Hey Andre, I do have another question, is there a document or paper that show the underline table/fields for the existing OData API (for get only)? I am looking for fields for purchase order (below). I am looking through all of the expanded object, and looking at it field by fields, while I am pretty sure it must be customized, is there are easier way to identify by the table/field?
