Folks,
How can I work in a Web Dynpro project (Java) with a Team ? I just have the NWDI option ?
Can I use CVS to maintenance the code version controller ?
Regards,
Evandro
hi evandro
you can use NWDI alone to take care of all your team based development. It covers all aspects of version management and in addition to that it also has other functionalities provided by CBS and CMS service. The version management is taken care by the DTR service.

Hi Rama, thanks for you help. I'm trying to use the CVS under the NWDS but I can't use the SYNCRONIZE. I receive the message like:
<b>Unable to Syncronize
An error has occurred processing file
Error fetching file revisions</b>
This problem occur when I'm working in a .JAVA in my desktop and another guy commit other version of the same class, and when I'll try to commit the same class I receive the error.
Thanks,
Evandro.

Hi Evandro,
Refer to these Weblogs
1)/people/sap.user72/blog/2006/04/24/configuring-concurrent-versions-system-cvs-with-nwds-to-source-safe-the-files
2)/people/sap.user72/blog/2005/09/07/have-you-bagged-a-project-if-so-its-time-to-install-jdi-java-development-infrastructure
Personally i preffer NWDI beacuse it not only gives versioning but also Transport mechanism
Hope this helped you
