How to use the QM control key 0005

I am using QM control key 0005. have created certificate profile and assignment. activated 01 inspection type.
while GR for purchase order system not showing any error or warning for Quality certificate.

First of all there is no need to maintain the certificate profile, please go through my Blog for the Certificate

Hi Raghavan
If you are working on QM in Procurement, with Quality Certificate from the Vendor, to update/check during the GR.
You need to maintain the Master data, as attached in the below screen shot, Please maintain the same & revert back, for any further assistance. Hope this Helps.Thanks & Regards : Raja

Then the System will show the pop up, as attached below during the GR, for the Purchase Order
