View attachment of inspection method while result recording in qa33

Hi all,

I want inspectors to view attachments (like work instruction, standards, etc) for a specific inspection characteristic(MIC) while result recording in qa 33.

Ref below flow:

1. Create an inspection method (qs31) and attach a document to it.

2. Create/edit an inspection plan (qp01/qp02) > enter the inspection method number (created in step 1) to MIC.

3. Material is received> inspector enters t-code qa33> selects result recording> inspects the characteristics by refering to the document attached to inspection plan.

Please reply if above case is possible?

If not, suggest alternate way to do so.

Hi Pratik,

If you attaching documents using the GOS then you will not be able to view the document during the results recording, but if you are using SAP DMS then you can view the document.
