What area of MKT should I use in agreement 0040 for email?

Hi experts

I see that

I can only create one communication agreement for all email sending accounts or domains.

I thought that I could create an agreement for each area of mkt.

But it's not like that.

In my case, I chose C01, one of the two created for the client However,

when creating shipping profiles if I can change the MKT area.

My question is what effect or implication does it have at the time of sending the emails?
