2 Step Staging and tracking TOR(Time out of Refrigeration)

Hello,

At my company we utilize a 2 step staging process for material we make. However, we have recently been tasked in finding out a solution to tracking TOR for the cold materials. We currently utilize za73 to generate a TO and pick the material based off it. After picking we would hope to move the material into a transitory location while it is being transported from warehouse to production coldrooms. Once in production area they need to do staging reconciliation but it is not allowing them due to the new TO generated for movement into transitory location not being the original assigned to the TR. Does anyone have any idea on how TOR can be tracked within SAP for this movement?
