Attachments in Service App SAP B1 not visible in SAP B1 but visible in service app

There was an attachment done in the service app of SAP B1. The same is not visible in SAP B1 but link is available in the service app.

Audit Log shows clearly that the attachment was added.

Any idea what could be the issue?
