SAP iRPA - "g_font_error" while reading data from pdf using iRPA pdf SDK

Hello Experts,

While using pdf SDK to read data from a pdf file using iRPA 2.0, We are getting empty list elements and it is giving us the error stating “ g_font_error”. Please advise if you have faced similar issues earlier.

Thanks in advance.

Can you share the Activity that you are using in the workflow?

Can you even give the screenshot of the PDF document that you are using .

This would help us better solve the issue.

You can even go through the PDF blog posts.

I have tried it from my end. Even though it reads the blank word,I have the value for the width. In your case it's the width is 0.

Attached is my PDF and screenshot of the Testerdata for the PDF.

Are u getting the FONT Error for the other elements in the output data?

Can u share the PDF screen shot that u r using ?

Dear Sirs!

I think this can be a much bigger problem than you expect and can be the root cause of many PDF data mining difficulties. Errors can be closely related to the national characters of non-Latin sets. Consider supporting custom font selection in the PDF renderer.

Anyway, any progress or hints welcomed. This is still an issue.
