How to configure dbacockpit in netweaver 7.50 over ASE?

Dear Experts,

I'm new to netweaver, I just installed a nw7.50 over ASE and want to have a look on the dbacockpit inside. The installation completed without error, and the "SAP_BASIS_SETUP_INITIAL_CONFIG" also completed successfully. But when I ran t-code "dbacockpit", it looks can't open it the error message said --

Unable to get IF_DBA_DBH_SETUP instance!

And the full message shows --

Exception CX_DBA_DBH_SETUP in class CL_DBA_DBH_SETUP_CTRL method CONSTRUCTOR line 67 Kernel Error ID: WP ID: 0 WP PID: 16693 Application Server: nw75 SYSID: SY-SUBRC: 0 SY-TABIX: 0 Message: Unable to get IF_DBA_DBH_SETUP instance! Database: caused by Exception CX_DBA_TASK_SCHEDULER in class CL_DBA_TASK_SCHEDULER_CTRL method CONSTRUCTOR line 26 Kernel Error ID: WP ID: 0 WP PID: 16693 Application Server: nw75 SYSID: T01 SY-SUBRC: 0 SY-TABIX: 0 Routineschema: Routinename: Schedule: Message: Unable to get IF_DBA_DBH_SETUP instance!

So I made some search -- but only found a note2164038 looks similar to this issue, but it's only for netweaver 7.4 and lower...

So if there's any step by step guide on how to configure netweaver's dbacockpit or what's the issue I'm facing? Thanks for your help.

Regards

Eisen

Hi.

One thing important for everyone new to the DBA Cockpit: we have so called 'patch collections' available for all releases. So for 7.50 please implement SAP Note 2293673.
The patch collection will download several other Notes to ensure you have all corrections available in your system.

Best regards,
Jan

Hello Eisen,

I will check with some DBA Cockpit experts and they will contact you.

If you are new to NetWeaver on ASE I propose to have a look at our Learning Journey 'Administration and Monitoring'. We have several training videos for DBA Cockpit in the content.
