SAP BTP for data migration

Dear experts!

Does the SAP BTP provide built in features, content or tools for data migration scenarios in a S/4HANA transformation project? Or in other words: can the BTP be used as an alternative to SAP Data Services?

Hi Frank,

SAP Data Intelligence is the solution within BTP that can meet some of these needs today. Currently we are using a strategy of "Hybrid Data Management", positioning SAP Data Intelligence into Data Services and Information Steward customers to utilize these existing investments and expand on these capabilities. For new customers or customers needing more Data Services, there is currently a promotion where DSEE on-prem capabilities are provided at a significant discount with a qualifying DI cloud purchase to address this combined need. Finally, there is a PoC in progress between SAP DI cloud and Syniti Cloud and the DMLT team to highlight this use case, determine the gaps to address and the different "swim lanes" for these offerings to support a migration.
