ESS and MSS (Webdynpro error)

Hello,

we have EP on was 6.40 and service pack and down loaded Business Package for Employee Self-Service (mySAP ERP 2004)Release 60.2 and Business Package for Manager Self-Service (mySAP ERP 2004) Release 60.1.2

and also applied patches PCUIGP011_0-20000568.sca and ESS11P_4-10002965.sca

when we run the webdynpro it is throwing an error
