CCLM 7.1 SP14 - custom code collector job not working

Hi,

I am configuring CCLM using 7.1 SP14 and have installed all the relevant notes and configured the system according to the SolMan 7.1 SP14 SAP central Note 2293910. I have connected the managed system to the solution manager system. I am encountering the attached error while scheduling the custom code collection job through SOLMAN_SETUP and the BI content is active in both the systems. Please provide me any hints on how to resolve the issue.

The error is referring to getting custom code objects from BW Infrastructure and a mention to check the infoprovider and the query in the managed system and I am not a BW resource and I need help in resolving the issue.

Hello Praneeth,

the related error seems to be an authorization problem by user who executing the SM_CCL:OBJ* Job.

Please check the user who es in the step scenario from job and restart the job with trace on user.

It could be the authorization object :

• S_RS_COMP

You need this for restriction on infoprovider, infoarea and so on.
