ESS Portal iViews are loading slowing.

Dear Experts,

I have added some general iViews on ESS. In preview it is showing properly.

But when I try to run with the User Account, iView loads very slowly. This is with all iViews.

I want to increase the performance. I want to stop the debugger in ESS Portal(I dont know how to do it) and check it. Please help me with the steps to stop and start debugger mode. Please help me to resolve the issue on portal.
