Queue failed with error in TM - Insufficient authorization for location #### .

While creating OTR for Purchase Order , queue is getting failed with error - "Insufficient authorization for location ### " . Due to which OTR gets stuck.

The location number #### is not available in ECC as well as TM.

Please help.

From the message, This seems to be an authorization error for The user used while creating OTR.

Kindly check Roles assigned to the Background user.

Thanks Nitesh,

I checked the Roles assigned to the background users and it seems fine.

When I am re processing this queue, system is creating a 'one time location'. In case of any change coming from PO to OTR , the newly created one time location is replacing the already created TM location with this one. , this is leading to the freight units getting detached from the already created corresponding freight documents.

Is there any way to check why this error is coming?
