Installemnt Payment in Bonds (FWZZ ) securties )

Dear Friends ,

I am Issuing one Fixed Interest Bond , for that i am creating the Master class .ID number FWZZ,

But the cash flow generating in FWZZ , is not Correct, as Nominal Interest is not reducing as i am paying four Installment Payment , although Nominal interest is same

As i am paying installment repayment , ideally Nominal interest should also be reduced , But Nominal interest in every step is calculating on Base amount 1,00,000, should calculating on the Reducing balance ,

How did you manage to fix this?

Condition type customizing for securities has only SBERFIMA to change.

Are you using TTRA?

Hi,

Please check in installment repayment condition. In 'Dates' tab, check for the settlement options. Select 'Immediate Settlement' option. This should work. If this option is not there then make customizing changes for this condition to make 'immediate settlement' optional in field status setting.
