Change Password Screen

Hello Portal Gurus,

I have a custom Login Module that need to be modified to trap the 'password must change' attribute in CRM (connect through JCA) and when the password must be changed, present user with 'Change Password' screen.

My question is do you know what page is the 'Change Password' screen? How do I redirect to that page? I have tried to look in BasicPasswordLoginModule with no success.

I would appreciate any inputs.

Thanks,

-- Jamie.

    Hi Jamie,

I think you can use the url : /irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.portal.usermanagement.admin.ChangePassword to redirect to the Change Password screen. When we had a requirement to pop up the Change Passwrod screen, we had used this url.

    Hope this helps you.

    Regards

    Ranjith

Not sure on your question directly, but I gotta ask you....why do you want to have this screen pop-up? If you are using SSO to CRM then the password gets ignored (ie. SAP Logon Ticket holds the userid only and says "hey there my TRUSTED friend, here's my credentials so that you know I am who I say I am and oh by the way, I have this userid to pass to you that you should already have on your side". Your security folks can further set up the CRM box so that users can not directly log into that server (ie. via the normal windows GUI). Basically, I am saying there are other ways around having to deal with nagging issues like that. =)
