Error Identification and Performance tuning

Hi Guys,

I am very new to hana. So please pardon my ignorance.

1st issue is regarding movement of records from one table to a node via view and then inserting data from that node to another table through insert statements .We are executing all these steps through a Stored Procedure which also takes care of any exception due to invalid data. Suppose we are moving 100 records, and 54th, 55th, 96th and 97th records are invalid data and fails the stored procedure. While error handling, only 54th record is captured in error log while other 3 are not identified in first run.. So to identify other 3 invalid record, stored procedure needs to be called 3 more times which, later on fails all three times and all three records are captured in each run respectively . Is there any way that all error records can be identified at first run itself.

My another question is what are the steps for performance tuning the Code? Please provide me any link or source which I can go through.

Your question is very general and without seeing your code all we can point you to is the general performance analysis and tuning guide which is part of the official documentation.

Concerning the error handling, you might want to review the SQLScript error handling. see http://help-legacy.sap.com/saphelp_hanaplatform/helpdata/en/2b/525b310e2c42a68a677e2c99e27533/content.htm
