SSO between Sun One portal and SAP BCA

Hello friends,

My question might be out of the scope of EP but I beleive you might be having the answer to my question.

We need to demonstrate to the slient about the possibility of implementing SSO between Portla which is based on Sun One portal and SAP BCA module.

I went through various articles of implementing SSO with SAP system and came across various options of doing it.

e.g. SAP Log on tickets, X.509 digital certificates, SALM, PAL etc.

I am not sure how should we go about choosing teh right way of doing it.

At this moment the infomation which I nave with me is that portal which is based on Sun one portal and we have SAP BCA module which will only have ABAP WAS.

Can anybody guide me in getting the correct option to implement the SSO?

Sun ONE Identity Server along with Sun ONE Identity Server Policy Agent provides a natural integration between the SAP applications and non-SAP applications through the use of the SAP Pluggable Authentication Service (PAS).
