CxML failing with error Enter a country for partner 0060000002 with type 'Ship-To Address in SRM

Cxml is failing in SRM system with error Enter a country for partner 0060000002 with type 'Ship-To Address in SRM.

I checked all the shipping address and country is maintained

I checked the BP also in users_gen.

Can some one suggest what else to check. Error: capture1.png

Is this note applicable for your system version?

If it doesn't help, you need to debug the inbound XML via sproxy to identify the cause.
