How can we allow SAC end users to publish versions while restricting the possiblity to edit a story?

Dear community,

For a SAC planning scenario, we are creating SAC stories. Users are authorized to these stories through teams and roles. Standard, users do not have the right to publish their planning versions to a public version. We can provide them with this authorization by giving their team's assigned role the right to 'Manage' 'Public Files'. However, as the SAP documentation clearly states the manage "permission lets users manage content; for example, deleting content for any users, and resharing, copying, and moving content. It should therefore be granted only to system administrators."

As a result, we cannot find an option that lets users publish their planning data versions without providing them with permissions that allow them to edit (amongst other things) stories.

Is there a way to let users publish their private data planning versions created in a story to a public version without providing them with admin rights?

Thanks in advance!
