The SAP Support user is a special user created for SAP Support engineers. It is not necessary for you to provide a password for this user, the SAP engineer assigned to your case will update the password.

Note that you will however have to grant the required rights and roles to this user needed to reproduce the issue you have reported, by default the SAP Support user has no rights (just like a normal user). Note as well that regardless of what role you assigned to this user, no SAC license will be consumed.

Hello houeriemmi,

Adding to what Peter KREUTLEIN mentioned, as per my experience working with support - sometime they do not able to access support user or your tenant. For such occasion we resort to providing access manually to support engineer, by creating a new named user. If you have created a support incident already, check with the engineer about his/ her email ID and create an ID accordingly. As mentioned you do need to assign necessary access to objects and roles though.

Thanks,
Vijayeta
