SAP Controlling Template Allocation Error

Hi,

Using CPT1 (create template) I add a template (row with cost center/activity type, SenderCostCenter, Plan Quantity etc.) with informations(logics) but they are not visible in transaction code CPTL (Actual Template Allocation:Projects/ WBS Elements/ Networks)

For example

Company Code 2600 -/- template 2600/004

added to the row but when I go with CPTL I can't see cost center in last added template.

and same with CPTK transaction code I can not see the amount in cost center( amount is zero at the moment but there must be different amount)

NOTE: We have forwarded this question to programmer team and they responded that there is nothing to do with it so it is not about ABAP but about Controlling Team.

I have no idea how to fix this problem. I am looking forward to any kind of asistance.

Thank you for making updates into your question, but have you assigned a template to your networks?

Are you dealing with the established process or doing this customizing for the first time?

Hi Kanan,

1. You need to check the customizing for the template and its assignment to your WBS or NWA. What is your template environment 004 or 005?

2. For WBS it is an indirect assignment that you cannot see in the master data.

3. Also the financial impact of such allocation might not be visible until you calculate activity prices.

There are quite a few possibilities there to get nothing as the outcome, so you need to provide further detail. Check if the activity posting shows up on the credit side for your sending Cost Centers. What do you have for test run/detail list in CPTK?

Dear Vitorino,

I would like to share some ss with you I believe they are going to be more illustrative.

I use CPTL, fill the blanks and execute then I get list of amounts cptl2.png but when filter for template

*2600ZJ30N2* I can not get this template it gives me no result. (and it says ''processing completed with warnings'')

I've added this template as you can see here (2600ZJ30N2) template-screen-n2-var.png. It is created but can not be seen via CPTL.

We assigned template to the networks so probably there is another issue.
