Headcount Planning Question - to make hierarchy parent not to aggregate the child

Hello All,

I am working at SAC headcount forecast planning, acquired data planning model and analytic application.

I am creating headcount input. and Position hierarchy is Generic Dimension and Hierarchy is Parent-child based hierarchy. Headcount member is account dimension and aggregation type is 'None', Account Type = NFIN.

If I display in Analytic Application Planning Table, it shows Manager A, Senior Manger A, Senior Director A, Senior Direct B values will be gone.

Manager A and Senior Director A will disappear.

It will be disappeared like I highlighted with yellow below.

in SAC planning, can you please advise

a. how I can show data in hierarchy layout and without aggregation

b. how I can change the value in the Parent level of Hierarchy without distribute to child
