Incorrect capacity leveling with Two shifts with different number of individual capacities

Dear all.

I'm facing an issue when I try to dispatch two operations to the same capacity at the same time. Available capacity has been updated in this way:

- two different shifts, morning and afternoon

- Morning shift (6:00 to 14:00) has two individual capacities

- Afternoon shift (14:00 to 22:00) has one individual capacity

Using transaction CM21, when I try to allocate two different operations scheduled from 6:00 to 8:00 to this capacity, the system doesn't allow to allocate both at the same time, despite of the fact that two individual capacities are available during the morning shift.

What is very surprising is that, when I change the number of individual capacities of the AFTERNOON shift to 2, the system allows me to dispatch the 2 operations from 6:00 to 8:00, that is, during the MORNING shift.

Can somebody confirm if this is a correct behaviour and what's the reason why the number of individual capacities in one shift can influence the available capacity of another shif in the same day?
