RFC Function Module from KYMA to call User exits in ECC

We have a requirement to call from KYMA,SE38 programs in R/3 using RFC, we have explored possibility of creating remote enabled function module for all the programs but fear that it may impact the performance. We would lik to check with experts on this forum to help us meet this requirement.
