Where do we check Campaign related errors in C4C?

Hi Experts,

Can any one give me some details regarding Email campaign in C4C.

Whenever we execute the E-Mail Campaign, the E-Mails are not reached to the target group people.

kindly give me the solutions for these questions.

1) The E-Mails are not going to outside of the C4C system. What are the cause?

2) What are the troubleshoot we have to perform?

3) Where do we have to check the Campaign related errors in C4C system?

4) Before executing the campaign in C4C what are the steps we have to follow?

    Hello Araving,

    1 - Depends on each situation and scenario

    2 and 3 - First we recommend that you check the campaign log:
    a)Login
    b)Go to Marketing Work Center
    c)Go to Campaigns View
    d).Select the campaign that you want to check
    e).Go to the Execution Details tab and you will see the number of employees which have beencontacted.
    f) Click on the Execution Status, sometimes it can be “Finished With Errors”, go to the general tab and click on Expand All. Then you will see that the packages which could face an issue and sometimes how to fix it.

    In case the steps and reason are not clear why the campaign failed, then try to re-run the campaign, if the issue persists, then please raise an incident to SAP

    Hi Gabriel,

    Thanks for your solution.

    1) We have to do some prerequisites. In the Fine tune activities there would be one activity is there "E-Mail and Fax Settings". There we have to maintain the "Domain". And make sure that whether we maintained E-Mail ids for the Target group customers.
