SAP B1 sales app to have only a category of items. is it possible

my customer has a set of items in the sap B1. They have a sales mobile app where only certain items are required. To be precise, only certain item categories are to be available in sales mobile app. How do we achieve the same?

Thanks Nidhi...sorry for the delayed reply. Usage of SBO has been tried. But customer expectation is still too higher where in only certain items are to be available in the sales mobile app. Some of the users may have access to the desktop also where in they may have to view all items.

Nevertheless, we have positioned this as a solution to the customer.

You can use SBO Transaction Notification to restrict a user from using a specific item and same items will not appear in sales app.
