We have 3 categories of competencies technical, behavioral & leadership. Technical are evaluated in one PM Form, Behavioral in another and Leadership in 360 Review. So can we have 3 different source in this case?
Currently I can see only one source, basically if we split the competencies in 3 different forms then can we bring the readiness of the competencies as per the evaluation of the sources, like technical upon the evaluation of Technical PM form & behavioral upon the evaluation of behavioral forms. Until the evaluation of the respective forms are not done the competency ratings should not start.
