Q1: Is it possible to do the same thing for operations? because I need also to specify type of each operation I don't see any field available for that? A: No, you cannot assign a class to an operation, but you can use "user data" at operation level (menu: Operation->User Data).

Q2: My last question when we link the Class to the task list how do we know there is a Class linked to this task list? A:There is no standard report showing a class assignment to a task list. But you can use table KSSK with class type 018 (via SE16/SE16N/SE16H).

Mika,

Create a class and assign it to the Task List header.

Hi Peter,

I can't see any field in the task list header where the class can be added, also it's possible to filter by class?

If you have any screen please share it with me I will appreciate,

Thank you,

Go to the task list header, then use menu path: Extras-.Classification

Unfortunately the only way you can search for task lists by class is by:

  • F4 on the Group field in the initial IA06 screen, and select the "Find via Class Number" option
  • CL30N Search for object in Class

.
