SAP Intelligent Automaton RPA - How to capture file Export/Import popup

What is the best way to capture and handle below 2 popups coming from SAP GUI / window while trying to export the information.

I am using cloud studio and every time I try to capture these, system will throw an error.

I tried capturing these popups/windows via different technologies including UI Automation, WIN, GUI, etc.

We can configure settings in SAP Logon Pad to avoid that pop-up.

We need not capture that screen for Automation unless it is mandatory to click on Allow in the Pop up.

We also need to input the file names which are dynamic at runtime. So avoiding the pop-up may not help here. Somehow we need to capture these screens and handle them in the automation. Appreciate any advice on that.

The setting mentioned above will avoid the pop up(Below is the screen shot) from not the export/import pop up.

Export/Import pop up has to be captured separately

Sure...thank you. Any idea how can we capture the first popup where we need to input file name and press SAVE button.

This issue is fixed by the Product team with the latest version of Desktop Agent which will be released End of this month.

So you can capture both the pops(Security Pop up and File upload pop up) mentioned in your use case.

Note: Security Allow up can be customized in the SAP Logon Pad settings which can be suggested to the Customer to avoid capturing of that pop up.
