SAP Lumira 2.4 SP00 Patch 2 - OLAP SSO issue after update

Hi community,

we updated our Lumira (Designer & server) to 2.4 SP00 Patch 2 and now the OLAP SSO connections in all our dashboards fail with an error. The error is already known by SAP https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2991760 but the "solution" to create new connections and switch every dashboard and point it to the new connection is a nightmare.. The connections work in every other frontend like WebI, AfO,..

Any other ideas, easier workarounds or solutions to overcome this?

We already opened a ticket with SAP, but no feedback so far.

Hi Andre,

SAP support was not helpful. We found this out on our own. We we removed the STS service from the DSL Bridge service and created an own service for STS. Then we restarted the whole SIA and the issue was solved.

Raising a message with SAP is important, not only to get an estimate of when the fix will be delivered but also because you might get an early version of the fix, while the note is being validated.
