Can we customize workflow in Asset Master Data Creation and Business Partner Creation?

We have a requirement from the client to include a workflow in Asset Master Data and Business Partner creation for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public cloud.

I have checked the standard workflow and could not find for these objects. Is this possible in SAP Cloud? And what are the steps to create these?
