SAP IPS 4.2 Installation steps on AWS Windows Server 2012 Instance

Dear Experts,

I am new in this community and hope to find answers on how to install IPS 4.2 Information Platform Services.

For our company I am trying to set up an Internal SAP Data Service demo environment where our colleague's can perform self study on Sap Data Service.However currently I am stuck in step 3.

Steps completed so far:

Step 1: Download IPS 4.2 (I am using the windows version on AWS Microsoft windows server 2012 instance ) from here IPS 4.2
Step 2: Install IPS by clicking op the InstallIPS.exe

Steps: not completed due insufficient information or knowledge

Step 3: How and where do/can I host a server so I can use it for the CMS ?
Can I host a similar server on AWS?

Please your input will be appreciated.
