Unable to de-allocate profile in EEDM04

I’m working on meter removal in eg32 when I encountered an error of “Profile # xxxxx is allocated to device xxxxx and reg 1”

However, when i try to de-allocate & search for the profile # in eedm04 it doesn’t show and there’s an error of No contract available for installation xxxxxx. Is there a way to search for the profile #?
