Is the add-on only available for S/4 HANA? Is there any way to use the add-on for ECC systems?
SAP Master note mentions of only S/4HANA supported components.

About Data Masking, I found SAP Notes 2480103 and 2481407, both delivered in the SAP_BASIS Software Component (as of release 7.50).

I was referring to below SAP Note. UIDP and UIDPUI5 add-ons. Are these add-ons specific to S/4HANA ? I don't see any documentation on add-ons for ECC components. do we just use SDMSK t-code to mask in ECC?

Yes, the add-ons in question are for S/4HANA.
I couldn't find any other add-on for ECC.
