POS Cash Drawer Opening Twice For Each Transaction

Hi,

I have setup a CCO for one of our clients. The Eftpos machine is not yet connected to the POS. On each transaction the cash drawer opens twice. I have tried Restarting the drawer system, Re configuring it, but the issue is still there.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hello parmeetsingh,

It turned out (in the support case that we handled in parallel) that this was due to a faulty hardware. After replacing the cash drawer the issue got resolved.
