Tile disappears from business catalog

Hello everyone,

I have changed a business catalog (I added a tile) in the DEV environment, transported the business catalog with TOC to the TEST environment and initially the tile does appear in the business catalog, but then it disappears again without me making any further changes.

More specifically, this is what I did:

  1. I added the tile Manage Purchase Requisitions to a custom created business catalog on the LPD of the DEV client. This business catalog was already included in a role;
  2. I attached the business catalog to a transport request via transaction /UI2/FLPCM_CUST and performed a transport of copies from the DEV client to the TEST client with SCC1;
  3. I checked the business catalog of the TEST client and saw that the tile was indeed included in that business catalog and thus the TOC was successful

  4. I checked on a test user whether I could see and use the tile, but the tile was not visible. The other tiles in that business catalog were visible and accessable;
  5. I checked the business catalog in the LPD of the TEST client again and saw that the tile had disappeared and was no longer included in the business catalog (the other tiles are still there).

What causes this issue and how can I solve it?

Hello Floyd,

this could be a caching issue.
Please try to run the reports /UI2/DELETE_CACHE and /UI2/CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE with default options, maybe that helps.
