Portal page not displaying!!!!!!!!

Hi all!

I'm not able to access my portal cauz when i put in the correct url for my portal it says <b>"503 Service Unavailable"</b> .Although my j2ee engine is working properly and i'm able to DEPLOY and RUN my applications properly on Portal.Can any body please help?????
