How to get SAP C4C Visit Survey Answers in SAP BW ?

Hello forum,

Can anyone please suggest any pointers towards solving following requirement ? -

I need to send to BW system the Visit Survey Answers for reporting in BW.

As per SAP C4C & BW integration goes, the C4C data source 'Visit Survey Answers' is a joined data source and hence can not be exposed for using in BW. The individual data source responsible for survey answers is inside this joined data source but is unknown and not available to public.

Does this mean I can not send the visit survey answers outside C4C system ?

I am aware that another way to get C4C report data in SAP BW and ie via OData services however I am not clear as how can I expose the report data using OData and how BW would consume it ?

Can anyone please provide any pointers ? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I am also working on this problem and I'm trying to figure out which datasources are joined for the creation of this datasource (Visit Survey Answers). From what I've seen so far, it seems to be link to Survey Answers and maybe Ticket Survey Answers, but does anyone know how to confirm it in a more effective way than to search and analyse each data source one by one? I have no problem replicating the join in BW as a solution, I just want to make sure it is well done and completed.
