Print screen appearing after MIGO_GR

Hi all,

for some materials we have an 01 inspection lot opening on receipt. When i go to receive these materials via MIGO_GR, i get a print screen appearing before the material document is created. The screen says "no suitable data to print".

How do i stop this print screen appearing at all?
When i receive in other materials with no 01 inspection lot, all is received in fine, with no print screen appearing. I want this also for materials recived in on Q block.

I would really appreciate any help/suggestions.

Update: This was solved by going to

SPRO > IMG > Materials Management > Inventory management & physical Inventory > Output determination > Maintain conditions

Then look in the below location

you can ask your ABAP to stop that and automatically to pick printer .

I GUESS ONCE YOU PRESS ENTER or give printer will disappear .

yes i can cancel the screen, and move on.... but it it is a nuisance, and is something i will have to do 20 times a day. I am just wondering how i can stop the screen appearing at all?

That will be no issue . It will ask y7ou to enter the printer details . Would be a Z message you provided check which coding it will bring .

Thanks for your reply raghavendra, but i am quite new to this part of SAP. How do i check the coding, and is it i actually do with that information.

Hi Raghavendra,

Thanks so much for getting back.

The message number i see after it says "no suitable data to print" is ZQM003.
I guess the issue is that the print screen is showing up at all, rather than the fact there is no suitable data to print. Im pretty sure it has something to do with the fact that when i am receiving the products in via MIGO_GR, I am receiving them in quality inspect status. Doesnt happen when receiving in unrestricted product
